action

Henry Williams, a wealthy hypochondriac, came to Mission Rest in Arizona to recover. But he does not succeed, because on the one hand his nurse Mary Custer is keen on him and on the other hand the local Sally Morgan involves him in situations that he does not see through.
Sally is supposed to marry Sheriff Bob Wells soon, but loves Wanenis, an educated Indian youth from the nearby reservation. Sally now arranges a trip with Henry in such a way that the whole place including Sheriff Bob and Sister Mary think they have run away. This is the beginning of an intricate chase.
Henry and Sally run out of fuel in the middle of the wilderness while the local people are in pursuit. The two get new gasoline from the richest family in the area, the Underwoods, through a robbery that only happens because Sally puts a gun in Henry's hand. After that, the two are also wanted as bandits.
Nevertheless, the story ends happily; Henry's nurse can finally convince him, Sally gets her Indian and Sheriff Bob finds a replacement in Harriet Underwood.
