Widekind von Grafschaft († November 11, 1322 ) was the son of Adolf I von Grafschaft and Elisabeth von Greifenstein.

Widekind became master of Berleburg Castle after his father . In the year of his death in 1322, the dual rule in Berleburg was ended by Widekind von Grafschaft when Widekind renounced his rights to the city in favor of Siegfried II von Wittgenstein.
