Wigmore

Wigmore is an English semi-hard sheep cheese (45% fat in dry matter ) from the Berkshire region . It was invented by Anne Wigmore. In terms of taste, the cheese combines floral aromas with caramel, nuts and roasted lamb. He has won several gold medals at the British Cheese Awards.
