Wigrid (Vígríðr, old-north. "Battle storm") is the plain on which, according to Norse mythology, the final battle of Ragnarök between giants and gods is fought.

The size of the level is given in the Edda as “100 notches wide on all sides” ( Vafþrúðnismál 18, Gylfaginning ). The army of the fighting should completely fill this area.
