Viktor Mikhailovich Kosin

Viktor Michailowitsch Kosin ( Russian Виктор Михайлович Козин ; born February 22, 1953 in Sita in the Khabarovsk region ) is a Russian scientist , marine engineer and professor at the State Technical University in Komsomolsk-on-Amur . He is "Honored Inventor of the Russian Federation" (2000) and since 2008 a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Kosin developed a resonance method for breaking ice .
