Viktor Jurjewitsch Schmalko ( Russian Виктор Юрьевич Шмалько ; born July 9, 1990 in Samara ) is a former Russian track and road cyclist .
Athletic career
Wiktor Schmalko was runner-up in the junior class together with his compatriots Artur Jerschow , Konstantin Kuperassow and Matwei Subow . He has been driving for the Russian Katusha Continental Team since 2009 . At the Track Cycling World Cup 2009/10 in Melbourne , Schmalko was third in the scratch, and in the single pursuit he finished tenth. In 2012 he finished second in the overall ranking of the Baltic Chain Tour .
