Wild west novel
The now discontinued Wild West novel was one of the most successful western series by Bastei Verlag .
The first issue appeared on April 1, 1957 for 60 pfennigs, a novel by Albert Karl Burmester under the pseudonym Axel Berger, who later received a series of his own from Kelter Verlag . With volume 1859 the series was finally discontinued on April 8, 1997. The series characters Rocky Steel , Tex Hondo , Die Schlitzohr-Scoundrels , The Four Devil Guys and Captain Concho appeared within the series .
