Wilfried Gössler

Wilfried Gössler (born March 3, 1940 in Waren an der Müritz ) is a German stage and television actor .

Live and act

Gössler began in the 1950s as an apprentice at the Landestheater in Parchim . He then went to East Berlin and from there (shortly before the Wall was built) to West Berlin, where he received artistic training from Else Bongers . In the west of the city Gössler finally gained further stage experience. He temporarily turned away from acting and concentrated on studying medicine. Gössler became well known in 1966 with the title role of Kaspar Hauser in the three-part television series The Kaspar Hauser case . As early as 1969, after four other productions (including an Oswalt Kolle cinema educational film), Gössler's hopeful television career ended as abruptly as it had begun.
