Wilhelm Fuhse

Wilhelm Fuhse (born November 28, 1871 in Lutter am Barenberge , † after 1937) was a German judge .

Life

The son of a Protestant railway inspector passed the legal state examinations in 1894 and 1897 with "good". In 1899 he became an auditor at the Thorn governorate court. In 1900 he was promoted to court judge in Thorn. In 1905 he was transferred to the court of the 20th Division in Hanover. He last took part in the First World War as a major in the reserve. On New Year's Day 1917 he came to the Prussian War Ministry as a secret war council and lecturer . In 1921 he was promoted to Ministerialrat and appointed to the Reichswehr Ministry. In April 1934 he came to the Reichsgericht . He was active in the fourth criminal senate. He retired in 1937.
