Wilhelm Maassen

Wilhelm Maaßen (born March 3, 1866 in Willich ; † after 1932) was a German farmer , landowner and politician ( center ).

Life

The farmer was the owner of the Vogtshof estate in Willich and chairman of the Lower Rhine district association of the Rhenish farmers' association.

Maaßen was first alderman of the Willich community and member of the district committee of the Krefeld district .

In the Prussian state election of May 1928, Maassen was elected as a candidate for the Center Party in constituency 23 (Düsseldorf-West) as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until 1932. In the state elections of April 1932 he did not succeed in being re-elected.
