Wilhelm Mewes (civil servant)
Wilhelm Mewes (March 18, 1876 - September 6, 1964 ) was a German civil servant.
Career
Mewes completed his studies with a doctorate. He was a regional councilor in Prussia . From 1915 to 1933 he was chairman of the board of directors and from 1947 to 1957 chairman of the board of directors of the Association of Rhenish Housing Companies.
In addition, he was a board member of the Society for Housing Law and Economics and a member of the supervisory board of Rheinische Heimstätte .
