Willi Hofmann (born December 27, 1940 in Zurich ) is a former Swiss bobsleigh athlete .
Hofmann originally practiced Greco-Roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling. He achieved his first international successes in 1968. At the European Bobsleigh Championship in 1968 he won the four-man bobsleigh together with Hans Candrian , Jean Wicki and Walter Graf . Shortly afterwards, the four Swiss won the bronze medal at the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble . Soon after the games, Hofmann retired from active sports.
