Willi Lesch (born December 11, 1942 in Munich ) is a former German ski racer and trainer.

Willi Lesch was German champion in giant slalom in 1966 and 1968 . In 1969 he won the title in the combination .

In the Olympic Games from Grenoble 1968 Lesch was 22 in the giant slalom and the games in Sapporo in 1972 he finished second in the downhill ranking 29th

After completing his active career, Lesch was a trainer for the German Ski Association from 1972 to 1973 and from 1976 to 1997 and trained as such racers like Irene Epple and Christa Kinshofer . From 1973 to 1975 he was the coach of the Norwegian women's national team.
