Willi Remer

Ernst Friedrich Wilhelm "Willi" Remer (* July 27, 1908 in Rostock ; † unknown) was a German modern pentathlete .

Career

Willi Remer participated as one of three German athletes in the modern pentathlon at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles . With his 5th place he was the best German in the modern pentathlon.

Like Konrad Miersch , who also took part in the Los Angeles games, Remer worked as a police officer in Berlin . During the Second World War Remer was SS-Obersturmführer in Berlin and Oslo .
