William Andrew Publishing was an American specialist publisher specializing in chemistry literature. It was founded in 1990 by Jeri Wachter and William A. Woishnis and was based in Norwich, New York . His most important published work was the Plastics Design Library . In 1999, William Andrew took over Noyes Publications . In 2009 William Andrew Publishing was taken over by Reed Elsevier , who continues to run the brand as an imprint .
