William Kennedy Smith
William Kennedy Smith (born September 4, 1960 in Brighton , Massachusetts ) is an American medic and member of the Kennedy family .
After graduating from medical school, Kennedy worked as a doctor and taught medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine .
The son of Jean Kennedy Smith gained wide public fame during a rape trial in 1991, in which he was acquitted.
