William L. Rowe

William Leonard Rowe [ roʊ ] (born July 26, 1931 ; † August 22, 2015 ) was a professor emeritus of philosophy at Purdue University . Rowe specialized in philosophy in the field of the philosophy of religion. His work played a crucial role in the "outstanding restoration of the analytical philosophy of religions since the 1970s". Rowe was honored for formulating the Evidence-Based Argumentation on Evil.
