William Robert "Willo" Flood (born April 10, 1985 in Dublin ) is an Irish football player who is under contract with the Indonesian first division club Bali United .

Career

England

Flood started his career at Manchester City ; In 2002 he made it into the first team squad. However, since he did not have the final breakthrough, he was first awarded to the Rochdale AFC and then to Coventry City . Flood came to both clubs to some missions. At the beginning of the 2006/07 season, Flood was signed by Cardiff City ; there he came to 25 missions and one goal.

Scotland

Flood was loaned to Scottish first division club Dundee United for the entire 2007/08 season . Flood established himself as a regular at the Scottish club; he publicly stated that he wanted to stay with Dundee even after the loan ended. The two clubs agreed to extend the loan period. In January 2009 Flood was signed by Celtic Glasgow . While Dundee United remained interested in the services of the Irishman - who made 56 league appearances for the club - Celtic had already reached a deal with Cardiff City . Flood made his debut on February 15, 2009 at the Old Firm against the Glasgow Rangers ; there the right midfielder fought for a place in the starting line-up, but was given up to Middlesbrough FC in January 2010. There he came in the remainder of the 2009/10 season on eleven missions (937 minutes) and scored one goal.
