Wilmar Hager

Wilmar Hager (born December 14, 1903 ; † after 1945) was a German lawyer .

After studying law , Hager entered the civil service. During the Nazi era , he acted as a regional judge as a representative of the senior Reich attorney as a prosecutor at the People's Court . There he participated in at least 22 death sentences. He also supervised the executions in the Brandenburg penal institution as the execution manager .

After the Second World War, Hager took part in the Nuremberg trials as a witness . In the post-war period he lived as a lawyer and notary in Üfingen .
