Wim Balm (born February 24, 1960 ) is a Dutch former football player .

Balm moved from HFC Haarlem to FC Twente in 1987 . The tech-savvy midfielder with a good overview of the game stayed in Enschede for two years and scored 17 goals in 79 games. Then he emigrated to Norway .
