Winfried Schwamborn

Winfried Schwamborn (* 1949 ) is a German author and television journalist.

He studied history and German in Cologne . A recognized conscientious objector himself , he headed the “Conscientious Objectors” working group in the Republican Club in Cologne and was a member of the DFG-VK . He was best known as the author of the manual for conscientious objectors , first published in 1972 , which had twelve editions by 1991.

Winfried Schwamborn worked as a television journalist at WDR , and is now the owner of a television production company in Cologne.
