Scientific association for all regulatory law

The Scientific Association for All Regulatory Law is an unincorporated association of professors of public and private law, which is dedicated to the independent research of regulatory law issues. Subjects are in particular the regulated network economies in the areas of energy, telecommunications and the Internet, but also other regulated areas such as banking, insurance and health care.

Foundation and activities

The association was founded in November 2013 on the initiative of Franz Jürgen Säcker , Matthias Schmidt-Preuß , Torsten Körber , Jürgen Kühling and Matthias Ruffert and Daniel Zimmer . It currently includes 65 professors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The association meets at regular intervals for scientific symposia, the contents of which are documented in conference proceedings, so far
