Science award from the Düsseldorf Industry Club and the North Rhine-Westphalia Science Center
The Science Award of the Industrie-Club Dusseldorf and the Science Center North Rhine-Westphalia is a science award , which the Industry Club Dusseldorf is given as donors. From 1998 to 2007, it worked together with the Science Center North Rhine-Westphalia (dissolved in 2008). Scientific support has been provided by the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and the Arts since 2008 .
The aim of the science award in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia is to "bridge the gap between basic research and innovation in application". It has been advertised annually since 1997 for scientific research work in changing disciplines.
