Wladimir Sergejewitsch Uspenski ( Russian Владимир Сергеевич Успенский , born February 7, 1989 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is a Russian figure skater who started in a single run.

Career

Uspensky reached 10th place in the Russian Championships in 2007, before winning bronze in the following year at the Russian Junior Championships and finishing sixth in the seniors. Prior to that, he was ranked 18th at the 2007 Winter Universiade in Turin . At the ISU Junior Grand Prix Croatia Cup 2007 in Zagreb , he just missed the podium in fourth. At the Golden Spin 2007 in the same place, he came third. At the Russian Championships in 2009 he just missed a medal in fourth in the individual run. At the Winter Universiade 2009 in Harbin he finished 17th. After he failed to convince again with 11th place at the Russian Championships in 2010, he ended his active international career.
