Vladimir Vasilyevich Pochljobkin
Wladimir Wassiljewitsch Pochljobkin , Russian Владимир Васильевич Похлёбкин , also William Pochljobkin , Russian Вильям Похлёбкин , (born on August 20, 1923 in Moscow ; died a Soviet specialist for an international historian near Moscow on March 31, 2000 in Podolsk Relationships and cook. He was the leading expert on the cuisine of the Soviet peoples. Pochljobkin wrote more than 40 books and 600 essays. The books have been translated into many languages and mostly appeared in several editions.
