The residential and commercial building at Neustraße 1 is a cultural monument in the Rhineland-Palatinate district town of Wittlich .

It was planned by the Koblenz architect Robert Tauschke and built in 1912. The building opposite the Wittlich town hall on the town’s market was erected on the site of the Metternich town hall.

The three-story corner house has a mansard roof and features Baroque-style construction. It is part of a monument zone .

Today the building houses a café, an insurance branch and several apartments.
