Home ownership

With home ownership one is property referred to is not to a third party rented , but the owner even inhabited is. This can be an apartment ( condominium ) or a piece of land ( own home ).

The home ownership rate is very different in the European countries.

The acquisition of residential property was promoted in Germany until December 31, 2005 with the home ownership allowance .

The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) continues to set up various KfW home ownership programs . The federal and state governments also subsidize housing construction and the acquisition of existing housing on the basis of housing subsidy laws.
