The two-story, plastered corner house with a gable roof , basement floor , the three -story gable and the distinctive bay window is richly decorated in the Rococo style . It was built in 1897 in the era of historicism .
It fits into a two- to three-storey, closed residential area on the street named after the composer and pianist Franz Liszt .
Today (2018) the house is used for apartments.
Note: The adjoining house at Franz-Liszt-Straße 4 was designed in a similar way by the same architect.
