The residential building at Seebeckstraße 18 in Bad Bederkesa is a listed building in Lower Saxony and is included in the list of architectural monuments in Geestland .

history

The single-storey, clinkered house with a distinctive two-storey central risalit and the saddle roof was built at the end of the 19th century in the style of historicism and the Wilhelminian era . The cornice strip with the vertical stone strips and the gable design with the round window and the visible gable beam in the Swiss style are also characteristic .

The cast-iron enclosure of house Seebeckstraße 18 is also a listed building.
