Housing industry and tenancy law , WM for short or (especially recently to avoid confusion with the eponymous abbreviation of the journal for commercial and banking law - Wertpapiermachrichtungen ) WuM , is a German legal journal for tenancy law , residential property law and housing issues.

It has existed since 1948 and is published by the German Tenants' Association (DMB Publishing and Management Company). The magazine appears monthly with a circulation of 6,000 copies.

Instead of a subscription, online access is also possible for a monthly fee. Thanks to the collaboration with juris , the articles that have appeared in the journal since 1997 can be called up as full text in the database.

The magazine is aimed at the courts , lawyers , the housing industry as well as tenants , landlords and apartment owners.

Its contents include current court decisions, some with comments, and essays. Annotations of rulings on tenancy and residential property law, which were originally drawn up for Juris, are also partially printed in the WuM.
