Wojdan Ali Seraj Abdulrahim Shaherkani ( Arabic وجدان علي سراج الدين شهرخاني, DMG Wiǧdān ʿAlī Sirāǧ ad-Dīn Šahraḫānī ; also: Shahrkhani, born February 1, 1996 in Mecca ) is a Saudi Arabian judoka . She was one of two women to represent Saudi Arabia at the 2012 Summer Olympics , where she competed in the over 78kg weight class. Both were also the first female Olympians in their country.

Since she had not qualified properly, she was invited by the IOC . In the run-up to the Games, it was unclear whether she would have to wear a hijab to compete . Wojdan Shahrkhani lost in the first round to the Puerto Rican Melissa Mojica .
