Wolfgang Böning

Wolfgang Böning (* 1927 in Flensburg ) is a German lawyer and former State Secretary in Schleswig-Holstein .
After studying law and obtaining his doctorate in 1956, Wolfgang Böning initially worked as a judge in the state. From 1970 to 1978 he served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Justice in the Lemke II , Stoltenberg I and Stoltenberg II cabinets . He then headed the Schleswig-Holstein State Audit Office as President until 1989 .
