Wolfgang Breuer (economist)
Wolfgang Breuer (born February 10, 1966 in Cologne ) is a German economist and university professor .
Life
Breuer studied business administration in Cologne and Siegen from 1985 to 1989 . In 1993 he also received his doctorate and habilitation in Cologne. Before that, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company and as a research assistant at the University of Cologne.
In 1995 he was appointed professor for business administration at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . In 2000 he moved to the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen . His research areas are company valuation, financing decisions, capital market issues and real estate economics.
