Wolfgang Dömling

Wolfgang Dömling (* 1938 in Munich ) is a German musicologist .

Career

Wolfgang Dömling studied musicology and art history in Munich, Zurich and Göttingen . He has been Professor of Musicology at the University of Hamburg since 1977 . Dömling published works on the music of the Middle Ages, on music of the 19th and 20th centuries and on methodological problems in music historiography.
