Wolfgang Hilligen
Wolfgang Hilligen (born May 13, 1916 in Groß-Tinz , Silesia , † January 13, 2003 in Wiesbaden ) was a German professor of political didactics at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen and one of the leading German political didactics of the 1970s. He became known through his textbook series "See - Assess - Act".
It is also closely related to the term “problem orientation”, which is why it is still part of the “theoretical foundation” in political didactics today.
