Wolfgang Mine
Wolfgang Meins is a German university professor, neuropsychologist and doctor for psychiatry and neurology .
Meins has been a private lecturer in psychiatry since 1994 and an adjunct professor at the University of Hamburg since 2001 . He runs a practice for neuropsychiatric reports in Hamburg and has been preparing reports in social and civil law for many years . He also published articles in the Deutsches Ärzteblatt and the Axis des Guten .
