Wolfgang Spreen

Wolfgang Spreen (born March 25, 1955 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

After school and training as a banker, Spreen studied law in Bonn from 1978 to 1985 and economics in London. After his legal clerkship from 1986 to 1989, he worked in the administration of the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis until 1997 and then as a district director at the Kleve district . In the local elections in North Rhine-Westphalia on September 26, 2004, Spreen achieved the required absolute majority as a candidate for the CDU in the first ballot and, as the successor to Rudolf Kersting, has been the district administrator of the Kleve district since October 1, 2004 .

Spreen is married and has two children.
