Wolfram Wittekind

Wolfram Wittekind (* in Hilden ) is a German singer and church musician .

Wittekind grew up in Wanne-Eickel and studied Protestant church music and singing at the Robert Schumann University in Düsseldorf from 1992 to 1994 . He passed his singing exam with distinction.

He won the Orpheus Prize for young singers at the Hersfeld Festival as Don José (Carmen). Wittekind sings in Italian at various opera houses in Germany, for example in Hagen, Potsdam, Brandenburg and Eisenach. Another focus of his artistic activity is the oratorio. Concert tours have taken him to Italy, Israel, Vietnam and the USA.
