Volgaš
Volgaš was a ruler of Hatra , whose reign falls from 140 to 176/177. He was the son of Naṣrū .
Volgaš was called mry ' , the meaning of which is not certain. But he is also the first ruler of Hatra to be called mlk ' - king. No inscription on the Volgaš is dated. His relationship with his brother Sanaṭrūq I is unknown and it has been suggested that both ruled at least temporarily at the same time, as they both carried the title of king and mry ' and it is assumed that one ruler title was replaced by the other at a certain point in time.
