Naṣrū
Naṣrū was a ruler of Hatra who ruled from about 128/29 to after 138 AD. He is known so far from 34 inscriptions from Hatra.
Naṣrū was the son of Našrihab and the father of the subsequent rulers of Hatra Volgaš and Sanaṭrūq I. He bears the title mry ' / "Lord" in his inscriptions . Four of its inscriptions bear a date. One of them (H 272) shows that in the month of Ijjar in the year 449 of the Seleucid era (138 AD) he had an enclosure wall and a gate built for the temple area of Hatra. The end of his reign is uncertain, as the next inscription from Hatra that can be dated does not come from AD 176/177 and it is therefore uncertain when his sons took over power.
