Wonderland (Beijing)
The Wonderland (Chinese: 沃德兰 游 乐园, Pinyin : Wòdélán Yóulèyuán; English: Wonderland Amusement Park) was a projected amusement park on the outskirts of Beijing , People's Republic of China .
Asia's largest amusement park was to be built on a 40- hectare site . Construction stopped in 1998 after local landowners asked for more money for their land.
