The Wordie nunatak is a nunatak on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . It rises 6 km southeast of Mount Biscoe and just as far east-northeast of Mount Hurley .
Participants of the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson discovered him in January 1930. Mawson named him after the British polar explorer and geologist James Wordie (1889-1962).
