The World of Coca-Cola is located on the edge of Centennial Olympic Park, across from the Georgia Aquarium and the Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta , Georgia . It shows around 1000 objects on the subject of Coca-Cola and is operated by The Coca-Cola Company .

In 1990 the company opened the museum in Atlanta. In May 2007 the museum opened at its current location at John Pemberton Square. The museum occupies an area of ​​20 acres (approx. 80,937 m² ), the guest area is 60,000 square feet (approx. 5,574 m²). 1.5 million visitors are counted annually.
