Wrex Tarr

Wrexham "Wrex" Tarr (born June 24, 1934 , † June 11, 2006 in East London , South Africa ) was a Rhodesian archer , comedian and news presenter.

Tarr, 1.84 m tall and 92 kg, took part in the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul like his second wife Merrellyn . He finished 78th and was 21st with the team.

Tarr had three children from his first marriage; outside of sports, he was also particularly known for two recordings, "Futi Chilapalapa " and "Cream of Chilapalapa" . Before that he had worked as a newscaster for Rhodesian television.
