Sausages

When sausage is certain designated meat products that prepared using ingredients cut resistant or spreadable mixture of minced meat , fat and prescription related other intended for human consumption body parts were produced. This includes both sausages and sausage-like products. Sausage products are smoked or unsmoked, products put on the market in casings or containers or without casings. Some meat products such as galatine , roulade or pate are only sausage products if they meet the requirements for scalded sausages or cooked sausages . Meat products that have been prepared for the kitchen, such as meatballs or pies, are not considered sausage products.
