XVideos is a video streaming platform from the Czech company WGCZ Holding, based in Prague. It is currently the biggest porn website of its type.
The offer is free of charge and is financed through advertising and the evaluation of user data with Google Analytics .

The website contains pornographic videos of various types that can be uploaded by users. This concerns both private users and official material from porn studios as well as copyright infringements from porn films.
According to the legal notice, the website belongs to WGCZ, a Czech company based in Prague. The company was registered by the two French Stephane Michael Pacaud and Deborah Malorie Pacaud. This also includes the porn platform XNXX.com with a similar offer.
In 2012, Fabian Thylmann , CEO of Manwin (later Mindgeek ), the company behind YouPorn , tried to buy the website for $ 120 million. Allegedly, one of the owners said: "Sorry, I have to go and play Diablo II ."
In 2014, the platform tried to change the terms of use so that the uploader would lose the rights to his clip and at the same time would give Xvideos unrestricted right of use. However, the platform failed because of the protests of the porn industry.
