On April 28, 2011, Manwin was granted a loan of $ 362 million. The entire company assets were entered as collateral. CB Agency Services LLC from the US state of Delaware and Cortland Capital Markets Services LLC, a financial services provider from Chicago, were also involved in the settlement. The companies involved did not provide any information on the origin of the money.
