Xi'an (Liaoyuan)

Xi'an ( 西安 区 , Xī'ān Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture-level city of Liaoyuan in Jilin Province . It has an area of ​​185 and 180.4 km² and has 197,000 inhabitants.
