Xiaochang County ( Chinese  孝昌 县 , Pinyin Xiàochāng Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Hubei . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Xiaogan . Yunmeng covers an area of ​​1,217 square kilometers and has a population of 623,071 (2004). Its main town is the community of Huayuan (花园 镇).
