Xiaogan ( Chinese 孝感 市 , Pinyin Xiàogǎn Shì ) is a city in the Chinese province of Hubei with 4.9 million inhabitants (mid-2016) and an area of 17,186 km². 582,403 people live in the actual urban settlement area of Xiaogan (2010 census).
Administrative structure
The district-free city of Xiaogan is made up of a district, three independent cities and three districts. These are :
- Xiaonan District - 孝南区Xiàonán Qū ;
- Yingcheng City - 应 城市Yìngchéng Shì ;
- City of Anlu - 安陆 市Ānlù Shì ;
- Hanchuan City - 汉川 市Hànchuān Shì ;
- Xiaochang County - 孝昌 县Xiàochāng Xiàn ;
- District Dawu -大悟县Dawu Xiàn ;
- County Yunmeng -云梦县Yunmeng Xiàn .
